NDIS software is notoriously clunky, clinical, and confusing. Users are often overwhelmed by data entry and lack visual clarity. Our mission was to strip away the 'enterprise' feel and replace it with a warm, human-centric interface that doesn't sacrifice power for aesthetics. We approached Mimosa not as a database, but as a living assistant.

Under the hood, we needed a robust compliance engine. The architecture allows for dynamic rule sets that adapt to changing NDIS legislation without requiring full code deployments.
